Waste rock-dry tailing combined stockpiling method
The invention relates to a waste rock-dry tailing combined stockpiling method, and belongs to the field of mine solid waste disposal. The method comprises the following steps that a barren rock water seepage layer is laid along the outer side of the site selection position of the barren rock-dry tailing combined storage yard; taking the barren rock permeable layer as a base, building a step above the barren rock permeable layer, and arranging a large barren rock dam on the periphery of the step; dry tailings and barren rocks are stacked along the large barren rock dam from outside to inside, so that the dry tailings and the barren rocks are alternately distributed in a strip mode according to a certain interval in the plane direction; after the dry tailings and the barren rocks are compacted in a rolling mode, a two-stage step is built on the layer, and a large barren rock dam is arranged on the periphery of the step; and when the combined storage yard reaches the designed discharge amount, the waste rocks, the dry tailings and other mine wastes are jointly stockpiled in a vertical layering and transverse striping mode, so that the safety problem of combined stockpiling of the mine waste rocks and the dry tailings is effectively solved, and the potential safety hazards of landslide of a dump and dam break of a tailing pond are eliminated.
本发明涉及一种废石‑干尾砂联合堆存方法,属于矿山固体废弃物处置领域。所述方法包括以下步骤:沿废石‑干尾砂联合堆场选址处外侧铺设废石渗水层;以废石渗水层为基底,在废石渗水层上方堆筑一级台阶,在台阶外围大块废石坝;沿大块废石坝由外至内分别堆置干尾砂与废石,使平面方向上干尾砂与废石按一定间距呈条带式相间分布;对干尾砂与废石碾压密实后,再在该层级上堆筑二级台阶,在台阶外围大块废石坝;至联合堆场达到设计排放量,将废石与干尾砂等矿山废弃物按“竖向分层、横向分条”的方式联合堆存,有效解决矿山废石与干尾砂联合堆存的安全问题并消除排土场滑坡、尾矿库溃坝安全隐患。
