The invention provides a dual-purpose production system for underground filling and tailing pond stockpiling, and a tailing concentration process. According to the invention, a central cylinder is arranged in the center of the top end of a deep-cone thickener; a discharge port of the production system is arranged in correspondence to the central cylinder; a flocculating agent preparation system isarranged in correspondence to the central cylinder and is used for adding a flocculating agent into tailing slurry in the central cylinder; discharge pipes are respectively arranged at the upper partand the middle part of the side edge of the deep-cone thickener, and are connected with a bottom feed pipe at the side edge of the deep-cone thickener; a circulating shearing pump is arranged betweenthe discharging pipes and the feed pipe; a first material distributing pipe on one side of the bottom end of the deep-cone thickener is connected with a filling station through a filling and feedingpump; and a second material distributing pipe on the other side of the bottom end of the deep-cone thickener is connected with a tailing pond through a diaphragm pump feeding device. The tailing concentration process of the invention has the advantages of less equipment, high concentration efficiency, high comprehensive utilization rate, small occupied area, low early investment, high automation degree, convenience in management and production operation, low labor intensity, and low later maintenance and spare part replacement cost.
本发明提供了井下充填和尾矿库堆存两用的生产系统及尾矿浓缩工艺,通过深锥浓密机的顶端中心设有中心筒;生产系统的出料口与中心筒对应设置;絮凝剂制备系统与中心筒对应设置,用于实现对中心筒内的尾矿浆体添加絮凝剂;深锥浓密机侧边的上部和中部分别设有出料管,出料管与深锥浓密机侧边的底部进料管连接;循环剪切泵设在出料管和进料管之间;深锥浓密机的底端一侧分料管一通过充填喂料泵与充填站连接,另一侧分料管二通过隔膜泵喂料装置与尾矿库连接。本发明具有设备较少、浓缩效率高、综合利用率高,占地面积少,先期投资低,自动化程度高,便于管理及生产操作,人工劳动强度低,后期维修维护及备品备件更换成本较低的优点。
