The invention discloses a high-pile photovoltaic module mounting mode, which comprises the following steps of S1, firstly, sleeving a transverse tackle track at the top of each photovoltaic pile by adopting a steel pipe, and wrapping a stand column or a bracket fixed on a tackle above the track; s2, marbles are installed on a base of the contact portion of the stand column and the tackle track, unsmooth sliding is prevented through the marbles, the stand column fixed to the tackle is matched with the height of equipment to be installed, and hoisting equipment is installed at the top end of the stand column; s3, the photovoltaic main frame is subjected to staggered overall assembly in the reverse direction by means of sliding rails extending out of the photovoltaic piles, a photovoltaic panel is reserved beside each photovoltaic pile and is not completely installed, and hoisting equipment can conveniently slide to the right positions of the photovoltaic piles; and S4, after assembly is completed, the lower portion of a hanging basket of a hoisting device fixed to a tackle stand column is placed on a photovoltaic main frame base beside the photovoltaic pile to be firmly sleeved, meanwhile, the hoisting device is started to stably hoist the whole assembly to the fixed height, and the tackle slides to the photovoltaic pile to be leveled and fixed through the photovoltaic pile jacking tackle track.
本发明公开了一种高桩光伏组件安装方式,包括如下步骤:S1:首先在每根光伏桩顶部采用钢管套接一根横向滑车轨道,轨道上方包接一根固定在滑车上的立柱或支架;S2:随后在立柱和滑车轨道接触部位底座上安装上弹珠,通过弹珠防止滑行不顺,固定在滑车上的立柱与待安装设备高度匹配,立柱顶端安装有吊装设备;S3:将光伏主架依靠在光伏桩支出的滑行轨道反方向进行错位整体组件,每根光伏桩旁预留一块光伏板不完全安装,便于吊装设备滑行到光伏桩上正位;S4:组件完成后,把固定在滑车立柱上的吊装设备的吊篮下方至光伏桩旁的光伏主架底座上套牢,同时启动吊装设备平稳把整体组件吊装到固定高度,利用光伏桩顶滑车轨道将滑车滑动到光伏桩上调平固定。
