The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic module installation, in particular to a flexible photovoltaic module installation component and an installation method.The installation component comprises a guide rail part, a flexible photovoltaic module is installed on the upper side of the guide rail part, the lower side of the guide rail part is connected with an installation base plane through a clamp, and the guide rail part comprises a connecting groove; a limiting groove is formed in the connecting groove and is connected with a limiting arm; the mounting base surface is measured, and at least two clamps are arranged below each guide rail at the positions suitable for drawing lines and arranging the clamps; the guide rail part is connected with the clamp through a second bolt and a sliding block nut; and the flexible photovoltaic module is placed on the guide rail part. The invention has the characteristics of fast installation of the whole installation structure, high strength, detachability, easiness in disassembly, long service life and excellent reliability.
本发明涉及光伏组件安装技术领域,特别是一种柔性光伏组件安装部件及安装方法,所述安装部件包括导轨部,所述导轨部上侧安装有柔性光伏组件,所述导轨部下侧通过夹具与安装基面连接,所述导轨部包括连接槽,所述连接槽上设有限位槽,所述限位槽连接有限位臂;对安装基面进行测量并在合适画线排布夹具位置,每根导轨部下至少设置有两个夹具;使用第二螺栓及滑块螺母将导轨部与夹具连接;将柔性光伏组件放置在导轨部上。本发明具有整体安装结构快安装、高强度、可拆卸、易拆卸、使用寿命长、可靠性能优异的特点。
