The portable groove intercepting device comprises a connecting plate, a first breast board, a second breast board and a supporting and jacking assembly, the first breast board and the second breast board are hinged to the connecting plate, a first baffle is arranged on the first breast board, and a second baffle matched with the first baffle is arranged on the second breast board; the supporting and jacking assembly is provided with a first jacking head and a second jacking head, the first jacking head can abut against the first baffle and the first breast board, the second jacking head can abut against the second baffle and the second breast board, and the supporting and jacking assembly can drive the first jacking head and the second jacking head to move oppositely at the same time. Therefore, the first breast board and the second breast board are opened and abut against the groove wall of the groove.
