The invention discloses a construction method for blocking an outer wall screw hole through a polyurethane foaming agent. The construction method sequentially comprises the following steps that the screw hole is expanded to be in a horn mouth shape; outer wall outer side screw hole expansion waterproof mortar is plugged; filling with a polyurethane foaming agent; cleaning a foaming agent in the wall; and blocking the inner side with micro-expansion waterproof mortar. Due to the fact that the micro-expansion waterproof mortar is formed by the micro-expansion mortar and the waterproof agent, the micro-expansion waterproof mortar is used for conducting 40-mm-depth plugging on a screw hole of a horn mouth with the outer wall face depth being 40 mm, the bottom diameter being 16 mm and the outer opening diameter being 60-80 mm to form the outer wall plugging layer, and the micro-expansion waterproof mortar is used for conducting 40-mm-depth plugging on a screw hole of the inner wall face to form the inner wall plugging layer. The middle part of the screw hole is filled with the polyurethane foaming agent, the whole outer wall plugging layer has waterproof plugging performance, the plugging effect can be achieved for a long time when the outer wall plugging layer encounters rainwater in a high-rise building, and the problem that the rainwater easily permeates into the hole is solved.
