Wherein the mass part of the water glass is 65-105 parts; the dry material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 300 to 500 parts of slag, 17 to 32 parts of quick lime, 36 to 56 parts of sodium carbonate and 147 to 197 parts of steel slag. The density of the adopted steel slag is 2.8-3.6 g/cm < 3 >, and the specific surface area is 350-425 m < 2 >/kg. The steel slag contains free MgO and CaO, so that an obvious expansion effect is achieved, and the compactness and the curing strength of the solidified soil (soft soil, the steel slag doped low-carbon cementing material and water) can be improved.
