The invention discloses an environment-friendly soil stabilizer and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly soil stabilizer comprises a pre-preparation I, a pre-preparation II and an auxiliary agent, wherein the pre-preparation I is formed by mixing a surfactant and at least one or a mixture of more than two of 10-15% of lime, 5-10% of gypsum, 1-5% of water glass, 0.1-5% of sodium lignin sulfonate and 0.5-3% of calcium lignosulphonate in percentage by weight; the pre-preparation II is formed by mixing a surfactant and at least one or a mixture of more than two of 10-15% of bisphenol resin, 8-17% of chitosan and 10-20% of polyvinyl alcohol in percentage by weight. According to the invention, the acidity in the curing agent is neutralized by adopting the auxiliary agent capable of neutralizing strong acidity, so that the acidity in the curing agent is reduced, the qualified standard is reached, the environment-friendly effect is achieved, and the toughness and strength of the cured soil can be improved by using the pre-preparation I and the pre-preparation II with thickening and viscosifying functions.
