The method comprises the steps that a cable body made of a fiber material is prepared; a clamping piece type anchorage device assembly used for fixing the cable body is arranged on the winding part close to the end part of the cable body; a lantern ring anchorage device is configured, wherein the lantern ring anchorage device is used for being fixedly connected with an engineering object; winding the winding part of the cable body on the outer edge of the corresponding lantern ring anchorage device; and the winding part and the corresponding lantern ring anchorage device are fixed through the clamping piece type anchorage device assembly, and the inhaul cable fixed to the lantern ring anchorage device is formed.
