The method comprises the steps that a cable body made of a fiber material is configured; bending and forming the end part of the cable body to form a spiral part; an anchorage device used for constructing the anchor cable is configured, wherein the anchorage device comprises an anchorage device main body and a bolt fixedly arranged on the anchorage device main body; the bolt is sleeved with the spiral part; and fixing the spiral part with the bolt to form the inhaul cable fixed with the anchorage device.
