The invention relates to an end formwork reinforcing structure for pouring of a cantilever beam body and a reinforcing method of the end formwork reinforcing structure. The end formwork reinforcing structure comprises a side formwork, one end of the side formwork is connected with a poured beam body, the other end of the side formwork is attached to the end formwork, a cavity is defined by the poured beam body, the side formwork and the end formwork, the cavity is used for pouring a to-be-poured beam body, the end formwork is provided with a first through hole, and a main reinforcement in the poured beam body penetrates out of the first through hole. The ends, penetrating out of the first through holes, of the main ribs are connected with clamping devices, and the clamping devices enable the end formworks and the side formworks to make contact more tightly. According to the end formwork reinforcing structure, the clamping devices are arranged on the main reinforcements to provide pulling force for the end formworks, the structure of a beam body is utilized, pull rods do not need to be independently prepared, welded and installed, the construction time is shortened, and the construction cost is saved.
