The navigation positioning control device comprises an anchoring pile, traction equipment, a navigation positioner and a control cabinet, the bottom mud dredging disturbance transportation device comprises a movable hoisting mechanism, a bottom mud disturbance jet device and a flexible desilting device, the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the assembled ship body and hangs the bottom mud disturbance jet device through a steel wire rope, and the flexible desilting device is arranged on the movable hoisting mechanism. And an inlet of the flexible desilting device is connected with the bottom mud disturbance jet device. The problems of desilting area planning, desilting position positioning and desilting depth measurement and control in desilting operation are solved, and platform prefabrication and convenient transportation can be achieved through modular ship box splicing; automatic moving and fixed-point dredging operation of the dredging area are achieved through the control module, the dredging and desilting operation efficiency is effectively improved, and the dredging cost is greatly reduced.
