Magnesium oxysulfate-based electromagnetic shielding material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a magnesium oxysulfate-based electromagnetic shielding material and a preparation method thereof. The magnesium oxysulfate-based electromagnetic shielding material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-65 parts of active light calcined magnesia powder with the particle size of 200 meshes, 20-25 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 20-25 parts of water, 0.1-1 part of a modifier, 20-25 parts of chopped silver-plated aramid fibers and/or 20-25 parts of graphene. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) premixing the raw materials; b) dissolving a modifier; c) solid-liquid mixing; and d) molding and curing to obtain the magnesium oxysulfate-based electromagnetic shielding material. Through the synergistic effect of the magnesium oxysulfate cement base, the aramid fiber and the silver, the modifier is used for changing the internal body structure, the internal crystal structure of the magnesium oxysulfate cement base is better utilized, the electromagnetic reaction effect of the corresponding wave-absorbing material is well treated, and the excellent electromagnetic shielding effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种硫氧镁基电磁屏蔽材料及制备方法,包括如下按重量份比的原料组成:活性轻烧氧化镁粉60~65份,粒度200目,七水硫酸镁20~25份,水20~25份,改性剂0.1~1份,短切镀银芳纶纤维20~25份和/或石墨烯20~25份。本发明的制备步骤包括:a)原料预混;b)溶解改性剂;c)固液混合;d)成型与养护,得到硫氧镁基电磁屏蔽材料。本发明中硫氧镁水泥基、芳纶纤维以及银三者的协同作用,利用改性剂改变内部机体结构,更好的利用硫氧镁水泥基的内部晶体结构的同时,处理好对应的吸波材料的电磁反应效果,达到优良的电磁屏蔽效应。
