Prestressed UHPC-NC combined continuous box girder bridge and construction method thereof
The invention provides a prestressed UHPC-NC combined continuous box girder bridge which comprises a UHPC-NC combined box girder section, a UHPC box girder section and a prestressed system adopting all external prestressing or partial external prestressing in the longitudinal direction, and the UHPC-NC combined box girder section is located at the position from the center line of the top of a support pier to the 1/3-1/4 area of a main span; the UHPC box girder section is located in the midspan area of the main span, and the total length of the UHPC box girder section is 1/4-1/3 of the length of the main span. The prestressed UHPC-NC combined continuous box girder bridge is simple in structure, light in self weight, good in economical efficiency, capable of effectively restraining main span downwarping and girder body cracking, and meanwhile convenient to assemble and construct. The invention further provides a construction method of the prestressed UHPC-NC combined continuous box girder bridge.
本发明提供一种预应力UHPC‑NC组合连续箱梁桥,包括UHPC‑NC组合箱梁节段、UHPC箱梁节段、以及在纵向采用全体外预应力或部分体外预应力的预应力体系,所述UHPC‑NC组合箱梁节段位于支座墩顶中心线至主跨1/3~1/4区域处;所述UHPC箱梁节段处于主跨跨中区域,其总长度为主跨长度的1/4~1/3。本发明提供的预应力UHPC‑NC组合连续箱梁桥,结构简单、自重较轻、经济性好,能有效遏制主跨下挠和梁体开裂,同时又便于装配化施工。本发明还提供一种预应力UHPC‑NC组合连续箱梁桥的施工方法。
