The invention discloses an integrated control method for urban and rural safe water supply. The method comprises the following specific steps: 1) partitioning a rural water distribution pipe network; the maximum free water pressure of the pipe network in each water supply subarea of the village and town water supply pipe network is not more than 50m, and the minimum free water pressure needs to meet the requirement of concentrated water supply to each water plant and station in village and town; the pressure difference between the high area and the low area of each pipe network subarea is 20-45 2) urban and rural water supply integrated water supply system control; all water plants and stations are transformed into a peak regulation pump station water supply mode, water distribution main lines from a central city water plant to all village and town peak regulation pump stations are adjusted into water delivery main lines, and joint debugging and joint control are achieved for operation of the central city water plant and the peak regulation pump stations. A peak regulation mode of water plant direct supply or series pressurization and pool or water storage tank pressurization is adopted; at ordinary times, water plant direct supply or series pressurization is performed, pool pressurization intervenes in peak clipping during peak operation, and peak clipping time is three time periods of morning, noon and evening. According to the invention, the technical problem of integration of urban and rural water supply can be solved on the premise of low investment of the water distribution pipe network part and low operation cost.
本发明公开了一种城乡安全供水一体化控制方法,具体步骤如下:1)乡镇配水管网分区;乡镇供水管网的每个供水分区内管网自由水压最大不超过50m,最小应满足乡镇集中供各水厂、站进水;每个管网分区高低区压差20‑45m;2)城乡供水一体化供水系统控制;将供各水厂、站改造为调峰泵站的供水方式,将中心城水厂至各乡镇调峰泵站的配水干线调整为输水干线,对中心城水厂和调峰泵站运行实现联调联控;采用水厂直供或串联加压+水池或储水罐加压的调峰方式;平时水厂直供或串联加压,高峰运行时水池加压介入削峰,削峰时间为早、中、晚三个时段。本发明可以解决在配水管网部分投资少,并且运行费用低的前提下,实现城乡供水一体化的技术问题。
