The invention discloses an urban and rural integrated water supply method which comprises the following steps: S1, arranging a flow meter and a water pressure gauge at each outlet end of an urban and rural water supply network, and transmitting data of each flow meter and water pressure gauge to a central station; s2, after the central station obtains the flow condition of the urban and rural water supply pipe network, the urban and rural water supply pipe network is partitioned; s3, dividing the high-flow area into a high area, dividing the medium-flow area into a middle area, and dividing the low-flow area into a low area; s4, a flow-limiting valve is arranged at the outlet end of the urban and rural water supply network of each area, and a start-stop control part of the flow-limiting valve is connected with the central station; and S5, monitoring the flow and pressure of the high-area, middle-area and low-area urban and rural water supply pipe networks in real time by using the central station, when the flow of the high area is increased and the water pressure of the middle area or the low area is reduced, opening a flow limiting valve at the outlet end of the high-area urban and rural water supply pipe network through the central station, and utilizing the water pressure condition of the middle area or the low area at the moment.
