The problems that in a traditional bulk heat preservation wallboard, heat preservation materials are not prone to being filled, filling is uneven, gathering and powder falling are easily caused by stress in daily use, and the heat preservation effect is poor are solved.
本发明涉及一种自保温用途的建筑用成型保温芯材及其制作方法,包括包装袋,包装袋沿袋口一周设置有用于热封连接的环形的连接部,连接部在远离包装袋的一端热封连接使包装袋内部形成不透气的密封空腔,包装袋在密封空腔中灌装有抽真空与包装袋形成立方体结构的散装保温颗粒,保温颗粒是膨胀珍珠岩颗粒、玻化微珠中的一种或两种;同时还公开了该自保温用途的建筑用成型保温芯材的制作方面。该发明解决了传统散装保温墙板中保温材料不易填装、填装不均匀、容易在日常使用中受力产生聚集、掉粉、保温效果不好的问题。
