The invention relates to a self-heat-preservation building forming heat preservation core material and a manufacturing method thereof.The self-heat-preservation building forming heat preservation core material comprises a packaging bag, an annular connecting part used for heat sealing connection is arranged on the periphery of a bag opening of the packaging bag, and the end, away from the packaging bag, of the connecting part is in heat sealing connection, so that an airtight sealing cavity is formed in the packaging bag; the sealed cavity of the packaging bag is filled with bulk heat preservation particles which are vacuumized and form a cubic structure with the packaging bag, and the heat preservation particles are one or two of expanded perlite particles and vitrified micro bubbles. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a manufacturing aspect of the formed heat-preservation core material for the building with the self-heat-preservation function. The problems that in a traditional bulk heat preservation wallboard, heat preservation materials are not prone to being filled, filling is uneven, gathering and powder falling are easily caused by stress in daily use, and the heat preservation effect is poor are solved.
