Regenerated brick powder foam concrete prepared by slurry substitution method and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to regenerated brick powder foam concrete prepared by a slurry substitution method and a preparation method of the regenerated brick powder foam concrete. The foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 275-450 parts of cement; 130 to 200 parts of water; 105 to 320 parts of regenerated brick powder; 4-6 parts of a water reducing agent; 7-12 parts of a foaming agent; and 2.5 to 3.5 parts of a foam stabilizer. The preparation method of the concrete comprises the following steps: (1) mixing cement, a first part of water and a water reducing agent to obtain cement paste; (2) mixing the rest of water, cellulose and a foaming agent to obtain foam; and (3) mixing the obtained foam, cement paste and regenerated brick powder, performing injection molding, and curing after molding to obtain the foam concrete. By doping the regenerated brick powder, the concrete structure can be compacted to a certain extent, and the increase of harmful holes is reduced, so that the mechanical property of the foam concrete is improved.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种浆体取代法制备的再生砖粉泡沫混凝土及其制备方法。本发明制备所述泡沫混凝土的原料包含如下质量份数的组分:水泥275~450份;水130~200份;再生砖粉105~320份;减水剂4~6份;发泡剂7~12份;稳泡剂2.5~3.5份。本发明所述混凝土的制备方法包含如下步骤:(1)将水泥、第一部分水和减水剂混合,得到水泥浆体;(2)将剩余部分水、纤维素、发泡剂混合,得到泡沫;(3)将所得泡沫、水泥浆体和再生砖粉混合后注模成型,成型后进行养护,得到泡沫混凝土。本发明通过再生砖粉的掺入可在一定程度上密实混凝土结构,减少有害孔的增加,从而改善泡沫混凝土的力学性能。
