Regenerated micro-powder foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material manufacturing, and particularly discloses regenerated micro-powder foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing dry powder mixing on waste concrete micro powder, cement, fly ash, a foam stabilizer, a water reducing agent and an instant setting agent according to a specific ratio, and then adding water for mixing to obtain foam concrete slurry; and mixing with a foamed foaming agent and mineral fibers, and curing to obtain the regenerated micro-powder foam concrete. The regenerated micro-powder foam concrete prepared by the invention is used for protecting the frozen soil roadbed, so that the temperature field of the frozen soil roadbed is stable, heat transfer is effectively blocked, and the regenerated micro-powder foam concrete has a good heat preservation and insulation effect; compared with EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) and XPS (Expandable Polystyrene) plates, the regenerated micro-powder foam concrete has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, abundant raw materials, convenience in transportation and easiness in processing, and the use of the waste concrete micro-powder is beneficial to recycling of construction wastes, so that the pollution of the construction wastes to the environment is reduced.
