Fiber self-compacting rubber concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides fiber self-compacting rubber concrete and a preparation method thereof. The fiber self-compacting rubber concrete is prepared from ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, rubber particles, fine aggregate (machine-made sand), coarse aggregate, polypropylene fibers, steel fibers, a polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent and water according to the proportion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a base material and a rubber fine aggregate, adding steel fibers and polypropylene fibers, adding a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and water, stirring according to a ratio, replacing the fine aggregate with rubber particles with the proportion of 5-10%, so that the plastic deformation performance of concrete can be effectively improved, and finally, adding the polypropylene fibers and the steel fibers, so that the concrete is prepared. Meanwhile, various mechanical properties and durability of the concrete are improved.
本发明提供一种纤维自密实橡胶混凝土及其制备方法,本发明包括普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、橡胶颗粒、细集料(机制砂)、粗集料、聚丙烯纤维、钢纤维和聚羧酸型减水剂,和水按照配比制备成纤维自密实橡胶混凝土;通过基础料和橡胶细集料的制备,加入钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维,再加入聚羧酸减水剂和水按照配比搅拌,橡胶颗粒代替细集料比例为5%‑10%可以有效提升混凝土的塑性变形性能,最后再加入聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维的两种纤维,同时提升了混凝土的各项力学性能和耐久性。
