Anti-carbonization concrete and preparation process thereof
The anti-carbonization concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 50 to 70 parts of fine aggregate, 30 to 50 parts of Portland cement, 4 to 8 parts of fly ash, 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent, 40 to 60 parts of water, 5 to 8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 20 to 30 parts of anti-carbonization solvent and 15 to 20 parts of fusion agent. The recycled coarse aggregate is prepared by crushing waste concrete blocks, and the particle size is 6-20 mm. The anti-carbonization solvent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of zeolite powder, 10 to 20 parts of gelatin, 1 to 2 parts of water-absorbent resin, 2 to 5 parts of polypropylene glycol, 3 to 5 parts of aluminum oxide powder, 6 to 9 parts of silica sol and 60 to 80 parts of water. The fusion agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of triethylamine, 15-25 parts of a water reducing agent, 15-20 parts of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 10-15 parts of polyacrylamide and 3-5 parts of silica fume.
