Preparation method of porous carbon particle microwave absorbent with adjustable electromagnetic parameters
The invention belongs to the field of microwave absorbing materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a porous carbon particle microwave absorbent with adjustable electromagnetic parameters. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) ball-milling and uniformly mixing flour and carbon fibers according to a certain proportion; (2) fermenting saccharomycetes, forming pores and drying; (3) pyrolyzing the dried product in an inert atmosphere; and (4) crushing the pyrolysis product and screening out particles with developed gaps. The porous carbon particle microwave absorbent with the adjustable electromagnetic parameters is developed in pore structure and large in specific surface area, and the electromagnetic parameters can be adjusted by controlling the doping amount of the carbon fibers, so that the wave absorbing performance of the material is improved. The method is simple in preparation process, low in cost, environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial production.
