The invention provides a foundation pile reinforcing structure, a cofferdam and a foundation pit construction structure.The foundation pile reinforcing structure comprises a plurality of pile periphery stirring piles distributed around foundation piles and inter-pile stirring piles arranged between every two adjacent foundation piles, every two adjacent pile periphery stirring piles are meshed with each other, the inter-pile stirring piles are meshed with the pile periphery stirring piles, and the foundation piles are arranged between the pile periphery stirring piles and the inter-pile stirring piles. The pile periphery mixing piles and the inter-pile mixing piles are all cement soil mixing piles. The foundation pile hole is reinforced through the pile periphery stirring piles and the inter-pile stirring piles which surround the foundation pile and are engaged with each other, the stability of the foundation pile hole is improved, steel pile casing construction is not needed, the cost is saved, and the hole forming time is shortened.
