The invention belongs to two special anchoring connection methods for a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) panel heat-insulating decorative plate. The first special anchoring connection method comprises the steps that a decoration groove is formed in the surface of the UHPC panel, a rivet hole is formed in the decoration groove, a special anchor bolt is inserted into the rivet hole, and the heat preservation decoration plate is connected to a base layer wall in an anchoring mode. According to the second special anchoring connection method, the anchoring part is composed of a plastic-wood combined plug, a metal pressing plate, a special anchor bolt and a metal self-tapping screw. The plastic-wood combined plug is plugged into a plastic-wood combined plug hole in the base layer wall body, and the metal pressing plate and the plastic-wood combined plug are fixed to the base layer wall body through special anchor bolts; the metal self-tapping screws penetrate through the anchor holes in the heat preservation decorative plate to be screwed into the plastic-wood combined plugs, and the heat preservation decorative plate is connected to the base layer wall in an anchoring mode. The second special anchoring connection method is the supplement of the first special anchoring connection method in special situations. The problems of slab joint heat bridge, leakage, low single-point anchoring drawing force and the like existing in a traditional anchoring connection mode are solved.
本发明属于一种UHPC面板保温装饰板的两种专用锚固连接方法。第一种专用锚固连接方法是:UHPC面板板面设有装饰槽,装饰槽内设有锚钉孔,采用专用锚栓插入锚钉孔,将保温装饰板锚固连接于基层墙体上。第二种专用锚固连接方法是:锚固件由塑木组合塞、金属压板、专用锚栓和金属自攻螺钉组成;塑木组合塞塞入基层墙体上的塑木组合塞孔内,用专用锚栓将金属压板和塑木组合塞固定于基层墙体上;金属自攻螺钉穿过保温装饰板上的锚钉孔拧入塑木组合塞内,将保温装饰板锚固连接于基层墙体上。第二种专用锚固连接方法是第一种专用锚固连接方法在遇到特殊情况时的补充。本发明解决了传统锚固连接方式存在的板缝热桥、渗漏和单点锚固拉拔力低等问题。
