According to the PET flame-retardant floor and the preparation method thereof, a non-halogen material floor is prepared from a PET material, and a base material layer, a printing layer and a surface layer are all made of the PET material, so that recycling of the PET material is facilitated; the PET material does not generate harmful substances during combustion, and particularly, a modified inorganic flame retardant is additionally added into the PET color film, so that the flame retardant property of the PET material is further improved; the base material layer of the product is a uniformly foamed PET plate, so that the PET floor is lighter in weight, better in foot feeling and more prominent in sound insulation effect, and meanwhile, certain elasticity can be provided for the base material layer; in the preparation process, the color film and the transparent sheet are directly laminated through waste heat, so that the production energy consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种PET阻燃地板及其制备方法，利用PET材料制备出非卤素材料地板，且基材层、印刷层、面层全部使用PET材料，以利于PET材料的回收再利用；PET材料燃烧不会产生有害物质，尤其在PET彩膜中还额外添加了进行改性的无机阻燃剂，进一步改善了PET材料的阻燃性能；产品基材层为均匀发泡的PET板，可使PET地板质量更轻，脚感更好，隔音效果更突出，同时可提供基材层一定的弹性；制备工艺中通过余热直接进行彩膜和透明片的贴合，降低生产能耗，提高生产效率。
