The invention relates to a large-thickness continuous seamless pouring concrete bottom plate and a construction method thereof. According to the scheme, the construction method comprises the following steps that S100, a channel steel support supporting system is pre-tensioned; s200, the elevator car mold is installed; s300, a pump pipe support is erected; s400, arranging an intelligent temperature measurement system; s500, layered pouring is conducted on the whole inclined face; and S600, the circulating water maintenance system is installed till pouring of the large-thickness bottom plate is completed, a water source inlet is formed in the cooling water tank, the maintenance water pipe is located at the top end of the large-thickness bottom plate, and the pre-buried cooling water pipe is located on the lower middle portion of the large-thickness bottom plate. The construction method has the advantages that the construction quality and the construction efficiency of large-thickness bottom plate steel bar binding, foundation pit formwork erecting, concrete pouring and curing are improved.
