Temporary fixing device for aluminum alloy window frame and fixing method thereof
The invention provides an aluminum alloy window frame temporary fixing device and a fixing method thereof.The device comprises an outer clamp and an inner clamp arranged in the outer clamp, and two clamping arms of the outer clamp are controlled through a wall fastening assembly to be clamped and fastened to the wall faces of the two opposite sides of a wall; the two clamping arms of the inner clamp are controlled by the window frame fastening assembly to tighten, clamp and support the window frame strips. The outer clamp and the inner clamp are movably connected through a traction bolt, and the inner clamp conducts two-dimensional movement relative to the outer clamp through the traction bolt so as to adjust the position of the window frame relative to the window opening. Therefore, the inner clamp and the outer clamp which are adjustable in fastening degree are used for initially fixing the window frame, so that the aluminum alloy window frame can be easily and accurately subjected to position adjustment in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction relative to the window opening under the condition that the aluminum alloy window frame is operated by a single person; the purpose that the aluminum alloy window frame can be rapidly and conveniently installed in a high-quality mode is achieved.
