Relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a boundary beam and formwork reinforcing device and a construction method thereof.The reinforcing device comprises a reinforcing rod piece and a plate thickness controller, the reinforcing rod piece comprises an inner rod, a middle rod and an outer rod which are sequentially detachable, the middle rod is arranged in a boundary beam, and the inner rod and the outer rod are connected with the middle rod from the outer side of the boundary beam to the inside; the plate thickness controller is provided with a first table top and a second table top which are oppositely arranged, the second table top abuts against the reference formwork, the first table top and the free end of the inner rod are fastened through a detachable fixing piece, and the first table top is a pouring completion reference face of the concrete plate. According to the method, the edge beam is reinforced through the reinforcing rod piece, the plate thickness controller is adopted as a reference for pouring of a concrete plate, and the stability of the edge beam and a formwork of the edge beam and the concrete pouring forming quality are improved; the middle rod of the reinforcing rod piece can be seamlessly jointed with concrete, so that structural water seepage caused by corrosion is avoided; after pouring is completed, the outer rod and the inner rod are detached and can be used for next construction, and material loss in construction is effectively reduced.
