According to the method, overall consideration and reasonable lap joint are taken into consideration in process arrangement; the process selection is advanced, feasible, scientific and reasonable, the construction period of the high-altitude area is effectively shortened on the premise that the project quality is guaranteed, and the method can be widely popularized in the high-altitude area.
