According to the composite phase-change material for the road, the phase-change material particles are packaged, and the compact and continuous wrapping effect is achieved. And the wrapping coating coated on the surfaces of the particles has hardness and elasticity consistent with those of an asphalt material, so that the rut pressure resistance of the whole road material can be improved, and the coating is prevented from cracking. And the graphite material is doped, so that the heat conduction efficiency is improved, and the temperature regulation performance is not reduced.
