Non-sparking concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and discloses misfire concrete and a preparation method thereof. The unfired concrete comprises the following raw materials: water, cement, unfired coarse aggregate, unfired fine aggregate, a flexibilizer, a refractory composition, an early strength water reducer and an air entraining agent, wherein the refractory composition is obtained by mixing calcined modified glass beads, epoxy resin and coke. The misfire concrete is prepared by the following steps: melting epoxy resin, adding calcined modified glass beads, and uniformly mixing with coke to obtain a refractory composition; and uniformly mixing the cement, the misfire coarse aggregate, the misfire fine aggregate, the refractory composition, the flexibilizer, the early strength water reducer and the air entraining agent, adding water while stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain the fire-resistant concrete. The misfire concrete not only has good misfire performance, but also reduces the possibility that the antistatic capacity is reduced due to cracks generated by the misfire concrete.
