Non-sparking concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses misfire concrete and a preparation method thereof. The misfire concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 240 to 310 parts of cement, 42 to 48 parts of fly ash, 28 to 32 parts of phosphorus slag powder, 1180 to 1270 parts of selected dolomite sand, 670 to 690 parts of selected dolomite gravel, 190 to 200 parts of water and 10.56 to 13.11 parts of additive. A large amount of industrial solid wastes including the selected dolomite sand, the selected dolomite gravels, the fly ash and the phosphorus slag powder are utilized, the weight ratio of the solid wastes is about 80%, the selected dolomite gravels and the cementing material are effectively combined by adjusting the dosage of each component, the solid waste resources are comprehensively utilized, the workability of the concrete is good, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged. The mechanical property meets the standard requirement, the concrete does not generate sparks and sparks after being subjected to metal polishing, impacting and chopping, fire-fighting potential safety hazards can be effectively avoided from materials, the fire-fighting and explosion-proof requirements are met, and the concrete is suitable for being popularized and used in special projects with the fire-fighting and explosion-proof requirements.
