The invention relates to a system for uniformly stirring a recycled powder autoclaved aerated concrete formula in the technical field of concrete. The recycled powder autoclaved aerated concrete formula comprises the following materials in percentage by mass: 13% of cement; lime with a mass ratio of 7%; gypsum with a mass ratio of 5%; aluminum powder paste with a mass ratio of 0.9%; a waste material with a mass ratio of 3%; fly ash with a mass ratio of 36%-72%; the mass ratio of the fan blade recycled material is 0-36%. Part of fly ash and part of third-grade sand are replaced with the fan blade recycled material, the strength requirement of a concrete test block can be met, the utilization rate of the fan blade recycled material can be increased, the environmental protection property of concrete is improved, when the fly ash is selected as a siliceous material, the strength of an AAC product is reduced along with increase of the mixing amount of the wind power blade recycled powder, and the service life of the AAC product is prolonged. The strength of the AAC product is increased along with the increase of the dry material amount, and when the siliceous material is sand, the strength of the AAC product is increased along with the increase of the mixing amount of the recovered powder of the wind power blade.
