The invention discloses an efficient heat-conducting oil circulation heating device which comprises a cavity used for melting a rubber block, a bottom heat exchange interlayer at least arranged at the bottom of the cavity and filled with heat-conducting oil and a plurality of heat exchange pipes arranged in the cavity at intervals, and the heat exchange pipes are filled with heat-conducting oil communicated with the heat exchange interlayer. And the heat exchange tube or part of the tube section of the heat exchange tube forms a preheating part which is spaced from the bottom of the cavity.
