Convection Circulation Induction Heating Device With Improved Heat Conduction Efficiency
The present invention relates to a convection circulation induction heating apparatus with an improved heat condition efficiency. A plurality of induction heating frames accommodating a heating line inside, induction heating connection bracket connecting the induction heating frames with each other, and induction heating finish bracket, which is for performing the finish work for one end after the plurality of induction heating frames are connected, are engaged with each other in accordance with the length of the heating lines, so the length can be controlled. The induction heating frames are able to prevent the damage from an external physical impact. The apparatus is able to be normalized so the construction can be convenient. In addition, there is a groove in an accommodation unit accommodating heating lines, so the heat conduction efficiency is maximized by the groove. There are respectively air circulation units on lower side units of the induction heating frames, the induction heating connection bracket, and the induction heating finish bracket, so the heat conduction efficiency can be improved through a convection. In addition, a carbon fiber is placed on an upper end unit of the induction heating frames, so the heat conduction efficiency can be increased.
본 발명은 발열선을 내부에 수용하는 복수의 유도발열 틀과, 유도 발열틀을 상호 연결하는 유도발열 연결 브라켓과, 복수의 유도발열 틀이 연결 후 일단에 마감처리할 수 있는 유도발열 마감 브라켓을 결합하여 발열선의 길이에 따라 결합하여 길이를 조절할 수 있고, 유도발열 틀로 인하여 외부의 물리적인 충격으로 손상되는 것을 예방할 수 있으며, 규격화되어 편리하게 시공할 수 있다.또한, 발열선이 수용되는 수용부에 홈을 구비하여, 홈을 통해 열전도율을 극대화하였고, 유도발열 틀과 유도발열 연결 브라켓 및 유도발열 마감 브라켓의 하측부에 각각 공기 순환부를 구비하여 대류 현상을 통해, 그리고 유도발열 틀의 상단부에 탄소섬유를 배치하여 열전도 효율성을 높일 수 있는 열전도 효율이 향상된 대류 순환식 유도발열 장치을 제안한다.
