Magnetic suspension type ballastless track
The invention discloses a magnetic suspension type ballastless track. The magnetic suspension type ballastless track is characterized in that steel rails are mounted at designated positions of track plates through fasteners; the vibration reduction layer is installed below the track plate and provides a certain vibration reduction effect for the track structure. An electromagnet is arranged between the track plate and the vibration reduction layer so that suspension of the track plate can be achieved, and the elevation of the track can be adjusted by adjusting the lifting repulsive force of the electromagnet. The base plate is located below the vibration reduction layer. The limiting structure penetrates through a reserved pile hole of the base plate and is used for limiting and adjusting the spatial positions of the track plate in the longitudinal direction, the transverse direction and the vertical direction. The laying precision requirement of the track structure in the construction stage can be met, and the adjustment requirement of different degrees of foundation deformation in the operation stage can also be met. Due to the arrangement of the magnetic levitation system, the interlayer mechanical state is effectively improved, and the interlayer disease problem can be avoided; the requirement on the interlayer flatness is obviously reduced; and a good vibration reduction effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种磁浮式无砟轨道,包括:钢轨通过扣件安装于轨道板指定位置;减振层安装于轨道板之下,为轨道结构提供一定减振效果;轨道板和减振层之间设有电磁铁,以实现所述轨道板的悬浮,通过调节电磁铁的抬升斥力,可实现轨道高程的调节;底座板位于减振层下方;限位结构穿过底座板的预留桩孔,用于限制和调整轨道板纵、横、垂三向的空间位置。本发明能够满足轨道结构在施工阶段铺设的精度要求,也可满足在运营阶段不同程度基础变形的调整要求。由于设置有磁浮系统,有效的改善了层间的力学状态,可避免层间病害问题;对层间平整度的要求明显降低;且具有良好的减振效果。
