Fan blades and two sets of eccentric blocks located on the two opposite sides of the fan blades are installed on the outer wall of the driving shaft, the fan blades are located in the portion, between the two sets of supporting plates, of the inner barrel, the eccentric blocks are located between the supporting plates and the inner side wall of the vibrating wheel, and through holes are evenly formed in the supporting plates. The fan blades mounted on the driving shaft rotate at a high speed to generate strong airflow, so that oil mist circularly flows, and the vibration bearings are fully and actively lubricated.
