The invention provides a preparation method of a high-efficiency mist collector which is not influenced by a mist flowing direction. Three mist collectors which have different branch structures and are not influenced by the mist flow direction are designed by taking pineapples and cactus as inspiration. And the mist collectors are named as the mist collector 1, the mist collector 2 and the mist collector 3 respectively without branches, with three branches and with six branches. In addition, alkali ammonia etching is carried out on the mist collector, so that the tip part has super-hydrophilic property, and other parts are soaked with stearic acid, so that the mist collector has super-hydrophobic property. The mist collector is rich in material and easy to prepare, mist can be efficiently collected without being affected by the mist flow direction, a new thought is provided for design of the mist collector in the future, and the mist collector has potential application value in water resource scarcity areas. And the coating has good durability and is suitable for long-term use.
本发明提供一种不受雾流动方向影响的高效集雾器制备方法。以凤梨和仙人掌为灵感,设计了三种不同分支结构且不受雾流方向影响的集雾器。并对集雾器进行了命名,分别以无分支、3个分支和6个分支为集雾器1、2和3。此外,对集雾器进行了碱氨刻蚀,使尖端部分具有超亲水性质,其他部分使用硬脂酸浸泡使其具有超疏水性质。所述集雾器不仅材料丰富、制备简单,而且能高效收集雾不受雾流方向的影响,为未来集雾器的设计提供了新的思路,在水资源稀缺地区具有潜在的应用价值。并且具有良好的耐久性,适合长期使用。
