The invention discloses a waste residue treatment backfilling device based on prospecting engineering and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of prospecting engineering. The problem of large load is solved. The device comprises a chassis, a loading box, a box door, a lifting driving part used for driving the loading box to rotate, a buffering part used for resetting and buffering the loading box, an auxiliary unloading part and a synchronous opening and closing part, and the method comprises the steps that the device is connected with a hydraulic tractor through a traction hook, and all the parts are driven to be connected with a high-pressure oil way and a low-pressure oil way in the hydraulic tractor according to the design; waste residues are placed in the chassis through a forklift or an excavator. The lifting driving part can drive the loading box to rotate relative to the chassis, the box door is opened relative to the loading box through linkage of the synchronous opening and closing part while the loading box rotates, so that unloading and landfill are conducted by means of the gravity of heavy objects, the box door is arranged on the side edge of the loading box and cannot directly bear the gravity of waste residues, and therefore the relative load is low, and damage is not likely to happen.
本发明公开了一种基于探矿工程的废渣处理回填装置及其使用方法,涉及探矿工程技术领域;为了解决载荷大问题;该装置包括底盘、装载箱、箱门、用于驱动装载箱旋转的升降驱动部、用于对装载箱复位缓冲的缓冲部、辅助卸料部、同步开合部,该方法包括将装置通过牵引钩与液压牵引车连接,并按照设计将各部分驱动与液压牵引车中的高低压油路连接,利用铲车或者挖掘机将废渣置于底盘内。本发明升降驱动部可驱动装载箱相对底盘转动,转动的同时,通过同步开合部的联动将箱门相对装载箱打开,从而依靠重物自身重力进行卸货填埋,且箱门设置于装载箱的侧边,并不会直接承受废渣的重力,从而相对载荷较低,不易损坏。
