Grouting material for reinforcing medium-coarse sand layer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a grouting material for reinforcing a medium-coarse sand layer and a preparation method thereof.The grouting material is prepared from 30-50 parts of superfine slag powder, 15-45 parts of water, 0.2-0.4 part of a water reducing agent and 1.7-4.5 parts of an alkaline exciting agent, and the alkaline exciting agent is a mixture of sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, calcium hydroxide and calcium formate. The superfine slag powder is adopted as a gelling component of the grouting material, the activity of the superfine slag powder is thoroughly excited through the alkaline exciting agent with specific composition, and the defect of the superfine slag powder is overcome by matching with the water reducing agent with specific dosage, so that the prepared grouting material is high in early strength, good in fluidity, appropriate in hardening time and suitable for construction characteristics of a medium-coarse sand layer reinforcing process; and preparation of the building material only by using the superfine slag powder becomes reality.
