The invention discloses a rotary cutting method for a pile head of a foundation pile in a CFG pile composite foundation, which comprises the following steps: step 1, after the construction of a CFG pile is performed to a proper stage, muck produced by piling is transported out from a construction space, and a qualified construction site is provided for a back-drilling drilling machine; secondly, the pile hole position of the constructed foundation pile is manually cleaned out, and therefore the preparation position of a back-drilling drilling machine is determined; thirdly, the back-drilling drilling machine is moved for alignment, a drill bit is aligned with the center of the pile hole, a drill tower is kept perpendicular to the ground, and a mark for controlling the elevation is arranged on a drilling tool; and 4, according to the technical requirements, drilling is conducted to remove excessive concrete on the top of the pile, the drilling speed is reduced when the designed elevation is approached, rotation needs to be conducted 2-3 circles more after the designed elevation is reached, drilling is stopped, and the height of a drilling tool is increased. The method has the advantages that the process is simple and convenient, the pile head integrity is good, the engineering quality requirement is met, the engineering progress can be accelerated, the cost is saved, and errors are small.
本发明公开了一种CFG桩复合地基中基桩桩头的回转切除方法,包括以下过程:步骤一:CFG桩施工至适当阶段后,将打桩产出的渣土从施工空间运输出来,为回钻钻机提供合格的施工场地;步骤二:人工清理出已经施工过的基桩的桩孔位置,从而确定回钻钻机的准备位置;步骤三:移动回钻钻机对位,将钻头对准桩孔中心,保持钻塔与地面垂直,且在钻具上设置控制标高的标记;步骤四:按技术要求钻进清除桩顶多余的混凝土,接近设计标高时放慢钻进速度,达到设计标高后要多回转2‑3圈,再停钻,提升钻具高度。本发明采用上述方法,具有流程简便、桩头完整性好、满足工程质量要求、能加快工程进度、节约成本、误差小的优点。
