The invention provides a prefabricated pipe gallery assembling system which comprises a plurality of tensioning devices, a plurality of tensioning adjusting devices and a control device. Each tensioning device comprises a steel strand and a tensioning drive, wherein the steel strand penetrates through tensioning holes of two adjacent pipe gallery sections, the tensioning drive is used for tensioning the steel strand, and an optical fiber is arranged in the steel strand; the tension adjusting device comprises a collector used for collecting and demodulating tension data and an optical fiber sensor in communication connection with the collector, and the optical fiber sensor is used for detecting the wavelength change of the optical fiber and is arranged in the steel strand; the control device is in communication connection with the tensioning adjusting device and the tensioning drive. The optical fiber is arranged in the steel strand, and the optical fiber strain is monitored in real time through the optical fiber sensor and the collector, so that the tension stress of the steel strand can be regulated and controlled in real time, the tension force of each tension point is ensured to be greater than a preset value, the tension quality is ensured, the sealing performance of the pipe gallery section is improved, and the normal operation and maintenance of the pipe gallery can be ensured.
