Method for reinforcing bearing capacity of prefabricated floor slab
A method for reinforcing the bearing capacity of a prefabricated floor slab comprises the steps that T-shaped steel, screws, perforated steel plates and nuts are combined and fixed to an original prefabricated slab. Before construction, a plaster leveling layer on the bottom face of a prefabricated floor slab is removed, slab joints of the prefabricated slab are cleaned, a T-shaped steel web welded with a screw rod is arranged between the slab joints, a T-shaped steel wing plate is tightly attached to the bottom of the prefabricated slab, and a support abuts against the lower portion of the T-shaped steel wing plate to fix the T-shaped steel wing plate. And grouting materials are filled in slab joints of the T-shaped steel and the prefabricated slab, and after trowelling, a curing agent is sprayed for curing. Maintaining and cleaning the ground, mounting a perforated steel plate within one day after cleaning, pre-screwing a nut to achieve a temporary fixing effect, tightening by using a torque wrench, and welding and fixing the steel beam and the T-shaped steel. And after the strength of the grouting material meets the requirement, the lower support is removed, and structural reinforcement is completed. The prefabricated floor slab which is damaged or seriously loses bearing capacity can be reinforced under the conditions that an original floor slab is not damaged and unfavorable dead weight is not increased.
