The invention discloses a suspension type bridge maintenance vehicle which comprises a mounting and fixing structure, the mounting and fixing structure comprises an upper suspension rod, a horizontal limiting plate welded to the upper portion of the upper suspension rod and a vertical limiting plate arranged on the side face of the horizontal limiting plate, and the interior of the horizontal limiting plate is in threaded connection with a connecting rod. A twisting disc is welded to the other end, connected with the horizontal limiting plate, of the adjusting screw rod, and a limiting rod is welded to the inner side of the vertical limiting plate. According to the suspension type bridge maintenance vehicle, the suspension diameter between the vertical limiting plate and the upper suspension rod can be adjusted under the action of a clamping type sliding structure formed by the vertical limiting plate and the horizontal limiting plate through the adjusting screw rod in threaded connection with the horizontal limiting plate, so that the suspension type bridge maintenance vehicle can be conveniently mounted and suspended above bridges with different guardrails; and the functionality and practicability of the suspension type bridge maintenance vehicle are improved.
