The invention provides an inner dumping site rolling type earth dam construction process based on reverse dumping, which comprises the following steps: step 1, determining the size and the position of a rolling type earth dam to be constructed, and firstly building a first layer of rolling type earth dam above a main coal mining layer bottom plate; 2, the loose materials on the first layer are discharged towards the inner waste dump slope and the working slope from the two sides of the rolling compaction type earth dam on the first layer correspondingly; thirdly, a second layer of rolling type earth dam continues to be built; 4, the loose materials of the second layer are discharged towards the inner waste dump slope and the working slope from the two sides of the rolling compaction type earth dam of the second layer correspondingly; and 5, the rolling type earth dam is sequentially and upwards built, the loose materials are discharged, and building of the rolling type earth dam is not continued until the maximum discharging height of the designed inner waste dump slope is reached. A presser foot type dumping process can be formed on the side slope of the inner dumping site, and the stability of the side slope of the dumping site in the soft rock slope open pit coal mine can be effectively improved by combining the anti-sliding and blocking effects of the rolling type earth dam.
本发明提供了一种基于逆向排土的内排土场碾压式土坝施工工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1、确定需要施工的碾压式土坝尺寸与位置,在主采煤层底板上方先砌筑首层的碾压式土坝;步骤2、于首层的碾压式土坝的两侧分别向内排土场边坡及工作帮边坡排弃第一层的松散物料;步骤3、继续砌筑第二层的碾压式土坝;步骤4、于第二层的碾压式土坝的两侧分别向内排土场边坡及工作帮边坡排弃第二层的松散物料;步骤5、依次向上砌筑碾压式土坝及排弃松散物料,直至达到设计内排土场边坡最大排弃高度后不再继续碾压式土坝的砌筑。本发明可对内排土场边坡形成压脚式的排土过程,同时结合碾压式土坝的抗滑与阻挡作用,可有效提高软岩边坡露天煤矿内排土场边坡稳定性。
