Asphalt cold patch material prepared from regenerated glass fiber reinforced plastics
The asphalt cold patch material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 12 parts of emulsified asphalt, 1.5 to 2 parts of modified regenerated glass fiber reinforced plastic fibrous waste, 180 to 200 parts of aggregate, 1 to 1.5 parts of modified regenerated glass fiber reinforced plastic powdery waste, 12 to 15 parts of mineral powder filler and 20 to 25 parts of externally doped water, in the cold patch material, the modified regenerated glass fiber reinforced plastic fibrous waste and the modified regenerated glass fiber reinforced plastic powdery waste are respectively treated. The regenerated glass fiber reinforced plastic is modified by the silane coupling agent in a manner of soaking and then high-temperature baking, so that the utilization rate of the silane coupling agent is increased, the toughness of the regenerated glass fiber reinforced plastic is further enhanced, and industrial application is facilitated.
本发明为一种利用再生玻璃钢制备的沥青冷补料,以重量份计,包括如下组分:乳化沥青10~12份,改性再生玻璃钢纤维状废料为1.5~2份,集料180~200份,改性再生玻璃钢粉末状废料1~1.5份,矿粉填料12~15份,外掺水20~25份;上述冷补料中,改性再生玻璃钢纤维状废料和改性再生玻璃钢粉末状废料分别处理。通过浸泡后再高温烘烤的方式辅助硅烷偶联剂对再生玻璃钢进行改性,提高了硅烷偶联剂的利用率,同时进一步增强了再生玻璃钢的韧性,利于工业化应用。
