Mullite burner brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a mullite burner brick which is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 25 to 35 percent of electro-fused mullite with the particle size of 1.1 to 3mm, 30 to 40 percent of electro-fused mullite with the particle size of 0.1 to 1mm, 20 to 30 percent of 200-mesh electro-fused mullite, 5 to 10 percent of 200-mesh special-grade carclazyte and 1.5 to 2 percent of an organic binding agent. Comprising the following steps that S1, an organic binding agent and water are prepared into a solution according to the weight ratio of 1: 4; s2, adding the large-particle-size fused mullite into a wet mill for mixing and milling; s3, adding the solution obtained in the step S1 into a wet mill for continuous mixing and milling; s4, adding 200-mesh fused mullite and special-grade carclazyte into a wet mill for mixing and milling; S5, aging the mixed and milled materials; and S6, mixing and grinding the aged material again, and firing and molding. By selecting mullite with different finenesses and adopting an aging process in the preparation process, the flowability and plasticity of the material are improved, the consistency of subsequent green brick density is improved, and the service life of the burner brick is longer.
