The construction method of the steel casing pipe-jacking well comprises the following steps: selecting a corresponding steel casing section according to a construction environment; determining the position of a foundation pit, and excavating at the position of the foundation pit to form the foundation pit; the steel casing sections are subjected to static pressure sinking section by section till the steel casing sections sink to the preset height, and a preliminary pipe jacking well is formed; high-pressure jet grouting pile reinforcement is conducted on the earthwork and the pit bottom position of the preset in-out hole position surrounding the preliminary pipe jacking well to form a reinforcement area; and hole digging treatment is conducted at the preset hole entering and exiting positions of the preliminary pipe jacking well to form a hole entering and exiting opening, and pipe jacking pipelines are assembled at the hole entering and exiting opening positions correspondingly. According to the construction method of the steel casing pipe-jacking well, the traditional form of row piles and a waterproof curtain is changed, the construction cost is reduced, the overall construction space is also reduced, and the overall construction difficulty is also reduced.
