Steel casing jacking device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of shield tunnel construction, in particular to a steel casing jacking device and a construction method thereof. The steel casing jacking device comprises steel plate lattice piles distributed on the ground surface of the periphery of a steel casing, and the steel plate lattice piles penetrate into the ground. The jacking support comprises a first longitudinal beam and a second longitudinal beam which are fixedly connected with the two opposite sides of the outer side wall of the steel casing, and a cross beam with the two ends fixedly connected with the top of the first longitudinal beam and the top of the second longitudinal beam correspondingly; the first longitudinal lifting structure and the second longitudinal lifting structure are fixedly connected with the first longitudinal beam and the second longitudinal beam respectively; when the longitudinal lifting structure ascends upwards, the jacking support is driven to ascend, and then the steel casing is driven to ascend upwards. The problem that potential safety hazards such as ground subsidence and collapse easily occur in the steel casing pulling construction process is solved, and the construction efficiency of jacking and pulling of the steel casing is improved.
本申请涉及盾构隧道施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢护筒顶升装置及其施工方法。钢护筒顶升装置包括于钢护筒外周地表面上分布设置的钢板格桩,钢板格桩深入地下设置;架设固定连接于钢护筒外侧壁的顶升支架,其包括与钢护筒外侧壁的相对两侧固定连接的第一纵梁和第二纵梁,以及两端分别与第一纵梁的顶部和第二纵梁的顶部固定连接的横梁;分别与第一纵梁和第二纵梁固定连接的第一纵向升降结构和第二纵向升降结构;当纵向升降结构向上升高时,带动顶升支架上升,进而带动钢护筒向上提升运动。解决了钢护筒拔除施工过程中容易出现地面下沉、陷落等安全隐患问题,并提升钢护筒顶升拔除的施工效率。
