The invention discloses a production process of an ecological water permeable brick, which comprises the following steps: a, preparing a backing material and a surface material in proportion, and then respectively mixing and stirring; b, conveying the mixed bottom material to a mold, pouring the mixed bottom material into the mold, vibrating and uniformly stirring, then pre-pressing, applying the mixed surface material on the pre-pressed bottom material after the pre-pressing is completed, and carrying out vibration compression molding by matching a pressing head with a vibration table; and c, transferring the molded product into a totally-closed curing kiln for curing, performing appearance self-inspection after curing is completed, and then packaging and warehousing. The problems that an existing water permeable brick production process is complex, and the produced water permeable brick is low in yield are solved.
本发明公开了一种生态透水砖的生产工艺，包括如下步骤：a.按比例准备底料和面料,然后分别混合搅拌；b.将混合好的底料输送至模具处倒入模具，振动搅拌均匀后进行预压，预压完成后将混合好的面料布施在预压好的底料上，以压头配合振动台振动压制成型；c.将成型好的产品转入全封闭的养护窑内进行养护，养护完成后进行外观自检然后打包入库。解决现有透水砖生产工艺复杂且生产出来的透水砖良品率低的问题。
